libexosip2-10 software package provides eXtended osip library, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libexosip2-10
libexosip2-10 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libexosip2-10 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libexosip2-10 *
You will get with libexosip2-10 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
